  1. My son…as the native born San Franciscan it is hard for me to step back and not say that it is "Lucca Delicatessen", http://www.luccadeli.com/, which features Molinari salame. My mom used to take us to the Molinari salame factory on 3rd Street in the City’s Bay View district. I remember seeing the sticks coming out ovens.My favorite deli is in my old neighborhood, the Mission District, called Lucca Ravioli, http://www.luccaravioli.com/ on the corner of 22nd and Valencia Street. You can walk by on most mornings and peek through the windows to see them making the raviolis.

  3. I love Molinari salame! Nothing like it on a sourdough roll with a little mustard and provolone cheese.
