Gary ordered his MacBook Pro yesterday, and it should show up tomorrow afternoon. I'm sure I started pestering Gary to buy a Mac since the first day we moved into Roble together, almost 8 years ago!
Now that you can dual boot Windows on an Intel Mac, even people who require windows for work can own a Mac at home. Hopefully sometime soon you'll be able to run Windows within a window on your Mac, or better yet just run Windows applications on your mac without buying Windows.
This really shows how far Apple has come in the past few years, to have a great modern operating system, great applications, and cool hardware. Oh, I hear there's some music player too.
Update: I just found out Aki's old roommate, Jamie, also just bought a Mac. Sweet!
Update 2: I found out Alvaro just bought a MacBook Pro. I got him his first mac back at Stanford. He popped up on iChat after many years and we had a video chat. Macs, bringing people together. haha.
